How does the 15-day trial work?

Start your free trial on the SME plan. After 15 days, you'll be charged at £30/month. Cancel anytime during the trial period at no cost. Professional and Enterprise plans are billed from day one.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate the billing accordingly.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and support additional payment methods through Stripe, including Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. We use read-only access to your Microsoft 365 tenant, employ enterprise-grade encryption, and maintain complete tenant isolation. Your data is never shared or used to train AI models.

What happens if I exceed my user limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your user limit. You can either upgrade to a higher tier or remove inactive users. We won't lock you out — you'll have time to adjust.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes! Contact our sales team for annual billing options with a discount. Enterprise customers can also discuss custom contract terms.
